We are seeking a Senior Director, Product Management, Sourcing and Procurement to lead the product domains responsible for how Coca-Cola sources direct materials, manages supplier relationships, and procures manufacturing and warehouse capacity across the supply chain ecosystem.
This role will shape the digital product strategy for Sourcing and Procurement, with focus across direct procurement, supplier relationship management, manufacturing capacity procurement, and warehouse capacity procurement.
About the Role
The Senior Director, Product Management, Sourcing and Procurement owns a portfolio of product domains aligned to clear business, supplier, partner, and operational outcomes. You are accountable for setting product direction, sequencing, and investment alignment across Sourcing and Procurement domains, balancing long-term strategy with near-term execution that improves supply assurance, supplier collaboration, capacity visibility, cost discipline, reliability, and operational effectiveness.
This role defines how digital products and platforms improve the end-to-end sourcing and procurement experience, from direct procurement and supplier engagement through manufacturing capacity procurement, warehouse capacity procurement, and business partner workflows. Success requires strong judgment, the ability to operate across functional boundaries, and a practical understanding of how complex supply chain , procurement, supplier , and capacity planning workflows function in real-world environments.
You will partner closely with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Finance, and Business teams to align roadmaps, priorities, and delivery expectations. You will also build and develop senior product leaders within our Product Operating Model—reinforcing strong product craft, disciplined prioritization, and clear accountability—while contributing to organizational design and capability development as the product organization scales.
This is a senior leadership role for a product executive who thrives in complex environments, is comfortable defining emerging product domains, validating problem spaces through close partnership with the business, and building high ‑ performing teams as product maturity evolves.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision and Strategy
• Define and communicate a clear multi-year product direction for Sourcing and Procurement, including direct procurement, supplier relationship management, manufacturing capacity procurement, and warehouse capacity procurement.
• Define and evolve product domain boundaries across the Sourcing and Procurement portfolio, grounded in operational workflows, supplier needs, business partner needs, and measurable business outcomes.
• Shape portfolio-level investment and prioritization decisions, t ranslate business priorities into structured product roadmaps with clear sequencing and tradeoffs.
• Establish strong domain ownership and governance aligned to our Product Operating Model.
• Lead capacity planning and resource prioritization across product domains.
• Establish outcome-focused goals that guide product teams and measure real impact across supply assurance, supplier collaboration, capacity access, cost transparency, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Product Leadership an d Delivery
• Own product roadmaps across Sourcing and Procurement domains and platforms, ensuring work is connected to clear business, supplier, partner, and operational outcomes.
• Deliver measurable improvements in customer value, operational effectiveness, reliability, cost discipline, transparency, and decision quality.
• Standardize discovery, prioritization, and delivery practices across domains.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data leaders to build reliable, scalable products.
• Simplify and rationalize fragmented tools and processes where possible.
Product Model and Organizational Leadership
• Contribute to the continued maturation of the Product Operating Model , refining governance, accountability, and domain boundaries as the organization scales
• Help lead the shift from project-based delivery to empowered, outcome-driven product teams.
• Encourage teams to learn quickly through prototyping, experimentation, and customer feedback.
• Strengthen how teams work with stakeholders by focusing discussions on outcomes and impact.
Team Development
• Develop and coach senior product leaders, reinforcing strong product fundamentals and execution discipline.
• Raise the standard of product thinking, operational understanding, and decision making across teams.
• Foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build product leadership capability in a complex, cross-functional environment where teams must balance transformation with business continuity.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of product management experience leading complex digital products or pla tforms in large, matrixed environments (CPG, retail, manufacturing, logistics , or supply chain preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience leading multi-domain product portfolios
• Demonstrated experience contributing to or maturing a Product Operating Model.
