Where We Need You:  

Protiviti is looking for a People & Change Manager to join our growing Business Performance Improvement team.  

What You Can Expect:  

As a   Manager , you will be an integral part of our People & Change practice, leading the delivery of people-focused transformation solutions with a strong emphasis on   managi ng   larg e-sca le   change prog rams   for   ERP P lat forms , su ch as   Workd ay,   Or acle and /or SA P S/ 4HANA .     You will:  

• Lead day-to-day change management delivery on   ERP   transformation programs, with a focus on   t wo   or mor e of the fo llo wing   fu nc tions: ( 1)   Hum an   Ca pital Management   ( HCM) ;   (2)   Record to Report ( R T R ) ;   (3)   Procure to Pay ( P T P ) ; ( 4)   Lea n Ware house Ma nagement ( LWM) ;   (5)   Pl an to Mak e ( PTM) .   

• Integ rate with   ERP   System I ntegra tor and/ or Business I nt egrator   as   Ch ange Management   Offic e / P MO lead er to   lead   through t he employee   change man agement   experience.  

• Design and implement stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, and role-based training programs for   ER P   end users , in cluding   training   developm ent .  

• Conduct   ERP - spe ci fic   chang e impact   inv entory collec tion and   pers ona   /   function-based   impact assessments, change readiness surveys, and adoption analytics to track and improve transformation outcomes.  

• Facilitate   desi gn-thinki ng   workshops and working sessions with   stake holders   to drive alignment, problem-solve, and co-create solutions.  

• Hav e sup erior   writt en , ver bal   and prese ntation comm un icati on skills to   engage   and   dri ve change   activity   with   larg e ERP   teams   of   100 + proje ct tea m members .   

• Mentor and coach junior team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance team culture.  

• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal preparation, solution design, and client presentations.  

• Appr oach   Change Mana gement delivery with an   inn ovative mi nd set and   in tegrate   AI   t ools   to   a ccel erate   change mana gement   communic ation   and training del ivery.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?   

• Demonstrated experience with:   

• Supporting or leading change management on   ER P   implementations, including experience with at least   two   of the following modules:   (1) Human Capital Management (HCM); (2)   Record to Report ( R T R ) ; (3)   Procure to Pay ( P T P ) ; (4) Lean Warehouse Management (LWM); (5) Plan to Make (PTM).   

• Developing and executing change management deliverables including impact assessments, stakeholder maps, communication plans, training needs analyses, and resistance management plans.  

• Conducting organizational readiness assessments and post-go-live adoption tracking for ERP programs.  

• Facilitating design thinking workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT) readiness sessions with business stakeholders.  

• Analyzing HR or operational processes to   identify   gaps, compliance requirements, and improvement opportunities in the context of SAP-driven change.  

• Utilizing AI tools and digital accelerators to improve workflow efficiency, enhance stakeholder communication, or   optimize   change analytics.  

• Ability to evaluate, synthesize, and interpret data to support decision-making and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.  

• Experience supporting business development activities,   including   iden tifying s cope   for   engagements, developing proposals, and presenting to stakeholders.  

• Ability to   establish   and cultivate professional relationships with client personnel, including senior leaders.  

• Leadership and supervisory experience, including mentoring team members, conducting performance feedback, and coordinating cross-functional delivery.  

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant academic area or equivalent relevant work experience.  

• 5+ years of experience in Human Capital Consulting, Change Management, or HR Transformati
