Where We Need You
Protiviti is seeking a People & Change Associate Director to join our expanding Business Performance Improvement practice. In this senior leadership role you will spearhead complex ERP -enabled transformations, drive practice growth, and serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders.
What You Can Expect
As an Associate Director, you will be an integral part of our People & Change practice, visi oning, drivin g and lead ing the delivery of people-focused transformation solutions with a strong emphasis on managing chan ge and tr ansfor mation for large-scale ERP Platforms, such as Workday, Oracle and/or SAP S/4HANA. You will:
• Lead the growth and execution of the Change Management capability from pursuit through delivery, including designing tailored client solutions, defining scope and resource requirements aligned to client business challenges, developing concise and compelling Statements of Work, and ensuring seamless handoff from pursuit to project delivery. Responsibilities also include project financial management (EAC oversight, budgeting, invoicing), as well as selecting, leading, and coaching project team members to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes and client value
• Lead day-to-day change management capability delivery for ERP transformation programs, providing strategic and execution oversight across two or more core business functions, including Human Capital Management (HCM), Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), Lean Warehouse Management (LWM), and Plan to Make (PTM), to drive stakeholder adoption, business readiness, and realization of transformation outcomes
• Serve as the Change Management Office (CMO) and/or PMO lead within the broader ERP transformation ecosystem, partnering closely with the ERP System Integrator and Business Integrator to align program execution and deliver a seamless, stakeholder-centered employee change experience from strategy through adoption .
• Design and implement stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, and role-based training programs for ERP end users.
• Conduct ERP-specific change impact inventory collection and persona / function-based impact assessments, change readiness surveys, and adoption analytics to track and improve transformation outcomes.
• Lead and facilitate strategic design-thinking workshops, leadership working sessions, and stakeholder engagements to drive alignment, resolve complex business challenges, and co-create sustainable solutions that support transformation objectives .
• Have superior written, verbal and presentation communication skills to engage and drive change activity with large ERP teams of 100+ project team members.
• Build team capability by mentoring and developing junior professionals, driving engagement, skill growth, and high-quality client service delivery
• Demonstrate deep PMO leadership experience by proactively driving workstream execution, maintaining visibility into team activities, and staying ahead of client needs through rigorous planning, governance, and superior RAID management.
• Own and drive business development efforts from opportunity identification through close, including shaping pursuit strategies, developing client-centric solutions, leading proposal development, delivering executive-level presentations, and partnering with account teams to expand client relationships and revenue opportunities.
• Champion innovative change management delivery by leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance the speed, quality, scalability, and personalization of communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption activities across transformation programs .
