THE ROLE  

We are looking for   Dishwashers   to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As a Dishwasher, you   are   responsible   for   the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, utensils, and food preparation areas. ESSENTIAL   FUNCTIONS      

• Washes, rinses and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans,   utensils   and small wares   in accordance with   established procedures.  

• Organizes and properly stores all clean dishes, pots,   pans,   and kitchen equipment in designated areas.  

• Removes garbage and recycling promptly and disposes of waste   in accordance with   established sanitation and safety standards.  

• Cleans and   maintains   kitchen areas including floors, walls, drains, walk-in coolers, dry   storage   and dish areas.  

• Cleans and   sanitizes   kitchen equipment to ensure safe and sanitary operating conditions.  

• Maintains organization and sanitation of all kitchen and storage spaces in compliance with departmental policies and health regulations.  

• Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays including all games and major stadium and catering events.   

• Other duties as assigned.  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years of age .  

• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest   relations,   and etiquette .  

• Ability to   work   all   v enue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays .  

• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time .  

• Strong attention to detail .    

• Able to   demonstrate   flexibility and quickly adapt to changes .  

  COMPENSATION    

Competitive salary   of   $ 1 8-20 /h ou r   commensurate  with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.

• Constant standing,   twisting,   walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions .

• Exposure to loud noise s   (i.e.,   fireworks , voices, and audio systems ), flashing lights,   and extreme heat/col d  

• Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 50 lbs.
