ASI currently has a hybrid work model. This position requires in-person attendance at our office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

ASI is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented marketing professional to join our Brand & Events Marketing team and help bring ASI's brand to life across major industry trade shows and marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on marketing role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants real ownership of brand execution — not just a seat at the table. Reporting to the Vice President, Brand & Events Marketing, this individual will serve as the key marketing project manager for event-related materials and campaign deliverables, partnering closely with Operations, Production, Copy/ Design, and other cross-functional teams to keep projects on track through completion. This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone ready for direct exposure to brand strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and high-visibility event execution, with a clear growth path toward broader marketing responsibility.

The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $65,000. Individual pay within the range will be based on role-related experience, education, skills, and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, tracking, and execution of all event-related materials, including signage, collateral, giveaways, booth assets, and other print production deliverables for ASI's major trade shows.

• Coordinate project workflows from job submission through copy, design, review, proofing, and final delivery, ensuring deadlines and business requirements are met.

• Partner with Marketing, Operations, Production, and other cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule, communicate priorities, and proactively resolve issues.

• Maintain event materials inventory, oversee shipping and onsite logistics, and support booth setup and breakdown activities for Marketing at ASI-owned trade shows.

• Track event and campaign deliverables, identify potential risks, and escalate concerns to ensure successful execution.

• Represent ASI at events by supporting onsite brand execution, troubleshooting materials-related issues, and ensuring a professional attendee experience.

• Provide backup support for organic social media, including capturing photos and video content and publishing approved content, as needed.

• Maintain brand consistency across event materials and manage approved brand assets, templates, and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, event marketing, project management, print production, or a related field.

• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, or production partners.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools.

• Basic social media content creation skills, including photo/video capture and Canva or Adobe Express experience, preferred.

• Ability and willingness to travel for approximately 4-6 events annually and support onsite event logistics.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong communicator and relationship builder who collaborates effectively across teams.

• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.

• Able to manage competing priorities and adapt in a deadline-driven environment.

• Dependable, accountable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

• Passionate about creating seamless event experiences and maintaining brand excellence.

ASI offers full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package including:
