• Advisory Board Strategy & Execution: Leading the planning and execution of advisory boards across gMG and NMOD to generate actionable insights, including defining objectives, developing discussion guides, identifying and engaging participants in partnership with Medical and TLLs, and translating insights into brand strategies.
• Cross-Brand Integration: Partnering with the gMG and NMOSD HCP Marketing Leads to ensure P2P initiatives are insight-driven, brand-aligned, and deliver an integrated HCP education experience across the rare neurology portfolio.
• KOL & Field Engagement: Collaborating with the Thought Leader Liaison team to identify and cultivate speakers, capture field and KOL insights, and translate those insights into meaningful P2P programming and content evolution.
• Project & Budget Management: Coordinate P2P program timelines, agency partners, vendor logistics, and budgets across both indications to maximize operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Performance Measurement: Partnering with Commercial Insights & Analytics to define KPIs, monitor program performance, evaluate impact on HCP behavior, and continuously optimize P2P investments across the portfolio.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Developing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with Field Sales, Training, OneSource, Promotional Review Committee, Medical, Regulatory, Clinical, Legal, Compliance, and Market Access to ensure compliant, high-quality execution.
• Communications & Presentations: Driving presentation content and marketing communications via written and oral presentations to commercial and medical leadership, Rare Neurology leadership, and Commercial Sales meetings.
