Position Summary: This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role at a pivotal moment for admilparant as we prepare for a potential first‑in‑class launch in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and progressive pulmonary fibrosis (PPF). The Associate Director, Patient Marketing will be a foundational member of the admilparant US Brand Team, joining at an exciting and important juncture to help shape the brand’s Patient strategy, launch readiness, and early commercial success. The individual in this role will be responsible to develop plans and shape impactful tools and tactics to lead Patient media, personal and non-personal launch initiatives. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, working in close collaboration with cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate would have previous Patient/DTC marketing experience, strong critical thinking skills, experience in marketing execution, strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively influence and lead a broad cross-matrix team. Prior launch experience is a plus. This position will report to the Senior Director, US Patient Activation and Experience, admilparant.
Key Responsibilities: • Drive strategic planning and execution of patient marketing IPF initiatives and tactical plan that support brand objectives and management of agencies/vendors
• Be a product champion and cultivate expertise of PF
• Ensure IPF tactical execution, including messaging and creative, is rooted in the brand strategy and that patient and care partners insights are pulled through across key channels
• Operational and budget responsibility as needed (e.g. meeting planning, quarterly budget submissions, agency reconciliations etc.)
• Support internal review processes and work with external partners to ensure timely, compliant and accurate preparation of tactical projects
• Partner with market research and analytics colleagues to ensure strategies and tactics are aligned to customer insights and optimized based on key performance indicators
• Work cross-functionally with marketing teams, communications, advocacy/patient voice, Patient Access Support Solutions and CASA to ensure executional alignment in accordance with the patient experience blueprint
• Collaborate with HCP marketing and field teams to enable the successful pull-through of branded and unbranded patient support materials
• Establish strong PF community relationships and develop collaborative areas of shared interest with key stakeholders, including ILD advocates, patients, care partners, and pulmonology APPs
Participate in advocacy meeting planning and the execution at key events including providing materials to the Fibrosis Community, all to support meaningful patient and community engagement providing education on admilparant across the community
Key Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience (pharmaceutical/biotech or related agency)
• Patient marketing experience preferred with successful track record of US product launch experience also preferred. In addition, candidates with Omnichannel, Strategy & Operations experience, Corporate Communications, or Advocacy will be considered as the role collaborates closely across the matrix
• Pulmonology (ILD), respiratory or orphan/rare disease experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to drive a culture of accountability, balanced with a keen ability for collaboration and working in a matrixed environment
• Experience in managing external partners (eg agencies, consultants)
• Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate internal MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review processes
• Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and project management skills
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy and conciseness
• Demonstrated ability to track and manage budgets effectively
• Highly learning agile with the ability to adapt to change in a dynamic launch setting. Natural curiosity and willingness to learn. Experience in championing and successfully implementing innovative marketing ideas
• Track record of delivering strong performance in previous roles

Compensation Overview:
Princeton - NJ - US: $164,990 - $199,933 
 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
