  What   You’ll   Do    

• 70 % - Administrative Tas ks-buy maintenance and reconciliation  

• 10% - Client Management   Admin   Task s-pulling and reviewing campaign reports  

• 10%- Networking  

• 10 % - Training & development   

Assist   Investors   with day-to-day administrative duties.  

• Responsibilities include ordering & confirming orders, handling makegoods,   monitoring   placement of scheduled   spots,   maintaining   added value and   billing reconciliation.  

• Learn & understand media terminology  

• Review & understand buying guidelines (goals &   objectives ) with buyer  

• Implement work-related goals   established   by buyer /business solutions team on behalf of clients  

• Establish &   maintain   business relationship with vendor partners  

• Maintain   accurate   buy files with financial information to align with buying system  

• Assume buying responsibilities from pre-buy to post-buy in small markets

Preferred Skills & Experience  

• 4-year college degree  

• Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint , Outlook  

• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, effective communication skills, ability to recognize problems & identify solutions, willingness to learn & grow

Salary Range $40,000.00 - $50,000.00
