Make your Mark in Human Resources    

Human Resources plays a critical role in supporting AIG’s people and business strategy by helping attract, develop, engage, and retain talent across the organization. The HR team partners with business leaders and employees to deliver people-focused solutions that strengthen organizational performance, enhance the employee experience, and support AIG’s evolving business needs.  

As an HR Analyst, you will gain exposure to programs, processes, and initiatives that support AIG’s global workforce. Opportunities are available across several areas of Human Resources, including HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Talent & Performance Management. Depending on your area, you may support business and workforce priorities, compensation programs and analysis, or initiatives focused on talent development and performance.  

Working alongside HR professionals and business partners, you will contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate across teams, and use data and insights to help inform decisions and support a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

Responsibilities    

• Support the execution of HR programs, processes, and initiatives across areas such as HR Business Partnering, Compensation, and Talent & Performance Management.  

• Partner with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to support the execution of people priorities across respective client groups and deliver effective HR solutions.  

• Analyze workforce and HR data to identify insights, support decision-making, and contribute to program effectiveness.  

• Assist with key HR activities, which may include compensation programs, talent and performance initiatives, workforce planning, and employee engagement.  

• Contribute to HR projects and cross-functional workstreams that support business and organizational priorities.  

• Support compliance with Company policies, programs, and procedures while helping ensure consistent HR practices across the organization.  

• Build knowledge of HR practices and AIG’s business while developing analytical, project management, communication, and relationship-management skills.  

Minimum Qualifications   

Education Requirements  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 202 7 (unofficial transcript required upon application).  

Program Requirements  

• Available to start the Program on July 26, 2027.  

• Analyst positions are in-person opportunities, requiring employees to work in the office at least four days per week.  

Core Qualifications  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.  

• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.  

• Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.  

Preferred Qualifications   

• Preferred majors include Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Finance, Economics, or a related field .  

• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, sound judgment, and ability to handle sensitive or confidential information.  

• Foundational knowledge of, or demonstrated interest in, HR practices, policies, and employment-related laws and regulations.  

• Interest in using workforce data and insights to support people and business decisions.  

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and an interest in learning HR information systems and talent management technologies.  

• Demonstrated interest in areas such as HR Business Partnering, Compensation, or Talent & Performance Management.  

For positions based in New York , the base salary range is $76,450 - $83,400.
