About this role

Summary Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the Warehouse Coordinator for Legends Global Stockton. Responsible for the purchasing, receiving, rotation and stocking of all concession products on a daily basis. Ensures that all departmental needs and procedures are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Receives and issues food & beverage products to various locations. • Processes and maintains product transfer procedures and concession purchase orders. • Responsible for recording month-end inventory. • Rotates stock and checks par levels of concession products. • Maintains cleanliness and organization in the warehouse & concession stands. • Directs warehouse runners with concession location opening setup, closing and breakdown. • Prepares weekly employee warehouse schedules. • Prepare purchases for all events. • Prepare product orders for all events. • First line of contact with all vendors; resolves delivery issues, introduces new products to Executive Chef. • Prepares stand & portable stocking sheets for all events; chargeable and non-chargeable inventory items. • First line of contact to coordinate equipment repairs with engineering and vendors.        

Supervisory Responsibilities           Directly supervise all warehouse personnel. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience         High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills and Abilities • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. • Knowledge of concession operations • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide (basic mathematics skills). • Ability to communicate and execute instructions via radio (walkie talkie) • Ability to regularly move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Computer Skills   General Computer knowledge, MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook

Other Qualifications  • Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. • Must be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit upon hire.

Compensation The hourly pay rate for this position is $21.50 and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance.
