LiteLLM is the world’s most popular AI Gateway, trusted by companies like Adobe, Netflix, and NASA. We’re building the next generation of infrastructure for AI applications—and now we’re building our second product.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

As the VP of Sales, you will drive LiteLLM’s go-to-market strategy and lead sales execution as we scale to thousands more customers worldwide. You will be responsible for building and growing a high-performing sales team, developing strong customer relationships, and crafting strategies to accelerate revenue growth. You’ll collaborate directly with the CEO and other executive leaders, play a key part in company-level decisions, and be a crucial voice in our product and business direction.

Key areas of focus include:

- Driving revenue: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with enterprises and high-potential growth segments.

- Customer obsession: Understand the needs of technical buyers and decision-makers, advocate for their success, and deliver exceptional value throughout the sales cycle.

- Team leadership: Hire, mentor, and inspire a world-class sales organization.

- Sales process: Establish scalable processes for pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and sales enablement.

- Market strategy: Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to refine LiteLLM’s positioning and develop sales collateral, campaigns, and customer stories.

- Deep product understanding: Stay up to date with LiteLLM’s platform, LLM APIs, developer workflows, and AI infrastructure trends to educate customers and help shape roadmaps.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Early stage experience - seen a company go from 0 to $20M+ ARR

- Repeated experience selling developer tools to engineering-driven organizations

- Proven experience leading and scaling B2B software sales teams, ideally in developer tools, AI, or SaaS

- Deep understanding of the AI, infrastructure, or cloud markets, and how technical buyers make decisions

- Passion for open source communities and engaging deeply with users

- Comfortable selling to both startups and large enterprises, ranging from first calls to closing multi-million dollar deals

- Enthusiasm for working closely with engineering, product, and developer advocacy teams

- Excited by the pace and ownership that comes with early-stage startups
