Digital Adoption, Training & Capability Building • Define and deliver enterprise digital adoption strategies that accelerate effective use of corporate platforms and tools. • Oversee role‑based, scenario‑driven training and development programs that build sustainable capability across the organization. • Ensure enablement approaches maximize return on technology investment and reduce friction during change.
Organizational Change Management (OCM) • Set enterprise standards for organizational change management, including change strategy, readiness assessments, impact analysis, communications, and success measurement. • Partner with executives and sponsors to increase leadership alignment, sponsorship effectiveness, and change velocity. • Ensure major initiatives land successfully, with adoption sustained beyond go‑live.
AI Enablement & GenAI Adoption • Lead enterprise AI skill building, enablement, and adoption programs (including Copilot and emerging agentic AI capabilities). • Oversee development of AI training, playbooks, use‑case libraries, and enablement content to scale responsible and productive AI usage. • Leverage telemetry, experience insights, and feedback loops to continuously optimize GenAI adoption and productivity outcomes.
Partner & Ambassador Networks • Sponsor and scale enterprise partner and ambassador networks, including GenAI Ambassadors, Change Champions, and Business Partner Networks. • Use distributed networks to strengthen alignment, surface priority use cases, reinforce adoption, and extend enablement at the edge of the organization.
Leadership & Operating Model • Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing global leadership team with deep expertise across program management, experience design, change, training, and enablement. • Establish clear accountability, decision rights, and operating rhythms across a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment. • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
