THE JOB: As a Transportation Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising assigned staff. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $26.69 / hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY: • Supervise assigned staff to include: hiring recommendations that encompass the company’s diversity

• commitment; training; coaching; performance feedback, recommending and administering discipline,

• and scheduling; create a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect and

• employee satisfaction

• Maintain an accurate record of all transportation activities in the Transportation Services Department

• Provide Drivers a full array of guest information, such as directions, special events, and meetings upon

• request

• Communicate with Security and Loss Prevention in relation to vehicle accidents, emergencies, and/or

• guest complaints

• Report all accidents, incidents, and alleged thefts to Hotel Security for further investigation

• Document and report any and all unusual events and occurrences in the department for review and

• action

• Assist with scheduling of personnel

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: • High School Diploma or GED required

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience required

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
