Responsibilities:
• Lead complex sales opportunities by providing technical expertise and customer-focused solutions. • Build and grow strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and new business. • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close. • Partner with engineering, production, and R&D teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements. • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and identifying new market opportunities. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reporting. • Gather customer and market insights to support product improvements and business strategy. • Provide technical product training and support to customers and internal sales teams.
Qualifications:
• Must be located IN or NEAR Louisiana, Arkansas, or Mississippi. • Proven success in technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar consultative sales role (4+ years preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred. • Comfortable working hands-on in industrial environments, including wearing PPE and conducting facility walk-throughs in manufacturing settings. • Industry experience in filtration, HVAC, air quality, or industrial products/solutions is highly preferred.
