About this role

About the Job: As the Technical Business Analyst II, you will dig deep into a specific business area and help define the details of how to drive business results through technology. Work on a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers and subject matter experts in an agile methodology to deliver on outcomes.

What You'll Do: • Business Expertise: Partner with peer group, business partners and product management to learn business area/domain, while continuing to learn and grow knowledge across the enterprise. • Current State, Future State and Gap Analysis: Document and assess current state in a few processes, or single business area / domain. • Assist with task-based work items in more complex situations. • Gather Requirements: Responsible for fact-based requirement gathering, including all system, technical and intake requests. • Author User Stories and/or Features: Author user stories and/or features independently with low to medium complexity while participating in some task-based work in higher complexity situations. • Assist throughout the development process as needs arise. • Test Plan Review: Assist with coordinating and reviewing test plans for smaller or non-complex efforts. • Independently provide execution on testing as needed (UAT, checkouts, etc.). • Project Management: Use project management principles to successfully complete and advance work.

What Skills You'll Bring • Bachelor's degree. • 1-3 Years Prior Experience in industry or business. • Ability to lean on strong communication skills to influence outcomes while approaching conflict with organizational savviness. • Domain expertise via previous internships or similar roles in the past. • Certifications demonstrating mastery of role specific competencies. • Deep familiarity of agile & scrum development environments. • Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgment and precedents.

Understands how to separate and combine tasks into efficient workflow; creates metrics to measure success. Identifies opportunities for synergy and integration where others can't. Simplifies complex processes and produces more out of fewer resources. • Stakeholder Relationship - Organizes, influences, monitors, and improves relationships with key stakeholders; systematically identifies stakeholders and analyzes their needs and expectations to support in planning and decision making while implementing various tasks to engage with them. • Technical & Digital Acumen - Leverages knowledge and approaches of digital products and technologies to solve problems, complete tasks and accomplish goals. Demonstrates effective adaptability to new and emerging technologies. • User Story - Translates requirements to technical details to build and validate use cases around a product and communicates them effectively.

Compensation Range:

Pay Range - Start: $75,600.00 Pay Range - End: $113,400.00 Geographic Specific Pay Structure:

Structure 110: $83,200.00 USD - $124,800.00 USD Structure 115:

$86,960.00 USD - $130,440.00 USD We believe in fairness and transparency. It’s why we share the salary range for most of our roles.
