Vendor and tool coordination

• Support vendor relationships. Coordinate work with key tool vendors and help ensure GM gets real value from what it spends.

Adoption and enablement

• Drive adoption, not just rollout. Support the change management that makes new tools and practices stick. Help design engagement models like   InnerSource   and communities of practice that get teams to adopt shared standards.

• Make the right way the   easy way . Help keep developer documentation and paved-road templates   current   so the recommended way to build software at GM is also the easiest.

Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications)
