You will drive complex, cross-functional initiatives, manage a budget, and ensure that our technology services are architected and operated to withstand any disruption.   It is a true TPM position for a leader who can think holistically about resilience, influence technical and business leadership, and manage a multi-faceted program that is critical to the trust of our customers and the health of our business.   Key Responsibilities Strategic Program Leadership: • Define, own, and drive the enterprise-wide Technology Resilience strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Lead large-scale programs that enhance HA, DR, and Backup capabilities across our on-premises and multi-cloud environments. • Serve as the primary thought leader for resilience, guiding engineering and operations teams toward robust and efficient solutions. • Conduct application impact assessments and analyses to ensure resilience strategies are aligned with business priorities and critical applications.

Unified Resilience Governance: • Establish and manage a holistic governance framework that includes policies, standards, and controls for HA, DR, and Backup, ensuring resilience investments are appropriately aligned with business criticality.

Resilience Assurance & Continuous Improvement: • Oversee a comprehensive assurance program that includes HA failover testing, backup/restore validation, DR simulations, tabletop exercises, and impact analyses of resilience initiatives. • Analyze program data, test results, and industry trends to identify gaps and drive a continuous cycle of improvement, risk mitigation, and maturation.

Budget and Vendor Management: • Manage the end-to-end program budget, including forecasting, monthly tracking, and reporting on expenditures for resilience-related initiatives, tools, and services. • Oversee relationships and contracts with key third-party vendors for resilience technology and services.

Stakeholder Management and Executive Communication: • Act as the central point of communication for the Technology Resilience program. • Develop and present clear, concise updates on program status, risks, and overall resilience posture to executive leadership and governance committees. • Build strong, collaborative relationships with leaders across Application Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Business Units.

Required Skills & Qualifications • Experience:  10+ years of experience in technical program management, IT operations, or technology leadership, with a proven track record of managing large, complex, cross-functional enterprise programs. • Domain Expertise:  Deep understanding of the principles of Technology Resilience. Expert-level knowledge in disaster recovery, backup, and high availability, and a strong ability to conduct application impact assessments/analyses. • TPM Acumen:  Mastery of program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP). Expertise in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to manage complex roadmaps and provide clear status updates. • Financial Acumen:  Demonstrated experience managing program budgets, developing business cases, and handling vendor negotiations and relationships. • Leadership & Influence:  Exceptional ability to influence without authority, from individual engineers to senior executives. A confident and effective communicator who can articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. • Cloud Proficiency:  Strong experience with resilience patterns and services within major public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Education:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications: • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant program management certification. • Industry certifications in DR, Business Continuity, or Cloud Architecture (e.g., CBCP, AWS Solutions Architect).
