In this role you will   possess   business unit management   responsibilities, and   provides   managerial and technical leadership to direct and support a broad range of activities.  

What You'll Be Doing: • Serves as the primary contact with client representatives, subcontractors, and government representatives for program-related activities. Maintains strong client and community relations.  

• Keeps   alert to   possible problem   areas and   takes   preventative action to ensure that critical milestones are met for each phase of the project.  

• Prepares periodic reports summarizing progress of project and program activities for higher-level management and clients.   ​​

What Required Skills You'll Bring: • Bachelors in Architecture or Engineering   (or equivalent) degree,    Certified Construction Manager (or equivalent) and 20 years of experience or 24 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

• 15+ years with 3 of those years as a Senior Project or Team Leader or similar role.  

• Must  be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance  

• Have experience   on   greater than $50M, both horizontal and vertical construction, phased and partially occupied complex projects  

• Requires certification completion (within the last 3 years) of OSHA safety requirements on construction projects.  

• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing;   submit   examples of written reports and correspondence, if requested.  

• Ability to conduct meetings to resolve problems, construction issues and brief clients and management personnel;   submit   examples if requested  

• SCIF and cleared facility construction experience  

• Understands USAF/USSF infrastructure needs  

• Ability to independently estimate construction costs for changes, scope(s) of work;   submit   examples of material   take offs , with corresponding scope of work narratives and   negotiated   final   equitable  contract adjustments for the work   submitted , if requested  

What Desired Skills You'll Bring: • PMP or CCM Certification  

• Professional Registration preferred (PE or RA)   ​​

Salary Range: $157,500.00 - $283,500.00
