Meet the team:
You will join Dexcom’s Supply Chain Network Planning Team, supporting the Supply Distribution and Order Fulfillment. This team plays a critical role in ensuring orders are fulfilled on-time to customers continuing access to Dexcom CGM technology and improving outcomes for people living with diabetes. This role is for a self-starter with Supply Chain experience to provide analytical metrics, analytics and change to areas with opportunity for improvement.
Where you come in: • Forecast warehouse demand and establish replenishment plans • Develop and maintain demand supply projection models • Evaluate warehouse nodes supply flow and target stocking levels • Develop KPIs, identify trends and proposals within presentations for quarterly review • Support and align inventory impacts with EMEA and APAC teams • Analyze NPI and supply implementation strategies • Support sunsetting SKUs and provide timeline model • Develop and standardize processes and data dashboards • Investigate inventory problems, finds root causes, and deliver solutions with cross-functional departments • Lead continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives
What makes you successful:
• You have intermediate to advance user of Microsoft Excel,MS Office Word, Outlook, Powerpoint • Experience with ERP/MRP/Planning systems • Has strong inter-personal skills to be collaborative with team-based environment and gathers input from others • Self-starter comfortable leading cross-regional and cross- functional meetings that will interact/lead with different teams • Ability to stay organized while maintaining program/project timeline deliverables • Work environment is fast paced and must be able to balance multiple deadlines • Hands-on experience with forecasting, build planning, and inventory management in a dynamic, changing environment • Experience in analyzing data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable plans and recommendations • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to be proactive in identifying risks, constraints, and gaps and you take initiative to drive timely resolution • Lean Six Sigma / Supply Chain course completion a plus

Workplace : Flex, work form home and meets at least once a week
Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years of related
