As a ServiceNow Deployment- Experienced Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to facilitate seamless operations and availability for clients. Within our Cloud Engineering practice, you will focus on designing and implementing robust IT systems that support business operations, confirming the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers to enhance performance and minimize downtime.

As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute reliably to client engagements and projects. You will adapt to working with diverse clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. This role offers the chance to learn and grow, taking ownership to consistently deliver quality work that drives value for clients and success for the team. You will build a personal brand, opening doors to more opportunities as you navigate through the firm.

In this role, you will apply industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems, monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure, and engage in tasks that develop your skills and knowledge. You will appreciate diverse perspectives, actively listen, and express ideas clearly, all while committing to understanding how the business works and building commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing secure IT systems to support business operations and optimize performance - Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to enable seamless operations and availability for clients - Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based systems to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency - Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud operations and infrastructure management - Collaborating with team members to address client challenges and deliver quality solutions - Applying a learning mindset to develop skills and contribute to team success - Gathering and analyzing information from various sources to identify patterns and insights - Building commercial awareness and understanding how business operations function - Upholding professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements - Actively listening and communicating ideas clearly to foster effective collaboration

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 1 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Design/Multimedia, Engineering, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance - Demonstrating proficiency in cloud-based service management tools - Excelling in active listening and communication skills - Adapting quickly to diverse client needs and environments - Applying analytical skills to discern patterns and insights - Building commercial awareness and understanding business operations

Travel Requirements Up to 80% Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
