About the Role Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Server Assistant to join our team. This role supports servers in delivering exceptional dining experiences by maintaining the dining environment, assisting with guest requests, and ensuring service standards are consistently met. As part of the restaurant team, this position plays a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless guest experience.

What You Will Do • Set up and reset tables according to restaurant standards

• Assist servers with delivering attentive and timely service

• Provide water service and maintain table cleanliness throughout the meal

• Clear, crumb, and reset tables efficiently between seatings

• Respond promptly to guest requests with professionalism and care

• Support overall restaurant operations to ensure a smooth service flow

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for delivering excellent guest service

• High level of integrity and strong work ethic

• Work authorization in the United States

Schedule & Hours • Weekend availability (F-Su), plus the possibility of additional days throughout the week

• Schedule may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs
