Job Overview
We are adding a Senior Product Manager to own our identity and ID-graph strategy — the deterministic backbone that powers audience addressability across our advertising platform. Your responsible for leading the CarrierID/ID-graph initiative: the system that resolves network and device signals to a durable carrier-rooted identity, bridges identities across devices and channels, and feeds both ID-based and ID-less audience construction.
This is a deeply technical product role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of ad tech, data science, and identity privacy. You will drive the strategy by querying data and developing pressure-testing model approaches and designing the experiments that prove (or refute) ideas.
Job Responsibilities : • Define and drive the roadmap for our identity graph — Translate complex identity, match-rate, and model performance into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences, and make the case for what to build, what to stop, and why. • Be a true peer to data science — Engage substantively on ML methodology, assist with feature selection, reason about model choice and evaluation metrics, interrogate training/serving skew, and understand the tradeoffs. • Bring deep, current fluency in identity resolution and ID-bridging techniques — MAIDs (IDFA/IDFV, GAID), hashed PII, IPbased and probabilistic bridging, UID2/RampID-style frameworks, cookies and their deprecation. • Partner with engineering, data science, audience/activation, legal/privacy, and go-to-market teams to ship identity capabilities and align them to platform and advertiser outcomes. • Query the data yourself — Write your own SQL against Snowflake to size opportunities, validate hypotheses, diagnose match-rate regressions, and build the evidence behind roadmap decisions. • Drive initiatives from problem definition and prototyping through launch, measurement, and iteration.
Education and Work Experience : • Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required) • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. (Required) • 6+ years experience in hands on technical writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large scale company/ application / product environment. (Required) • 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. Advanced level understanding of customer experience. (Required)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : • Agile Methodology (Required) • Backlog Management (Required) • Identity Solutions and ID-bridging (Required) • Working with SQL and Complex Datasets (Required) • Problem Solving (Required) • Product Management (Required) • Product Roadmap (Required) • ML Fluency (Required) • Stakeholder Management (Required) • Strategic Alignment (Required) • Analytical and strategic (Required)
Licenses and Certifications : • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Scrum Product Owner Certification (CSPO) (Preferred) • Other Technical Certification Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) (Preferred)
• At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States
