Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Lead all Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) construction activities onsite, including sitework, foundations, concrete, structural steel, building envelope, roofing, interiors, and finishes.

• Serve as the primary onsite lead for CSA scope, coordinating general contractors, subcontractors, design teams, consultants, and client stakeholders.

• Manage schedule, cost, quality, safety, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and overall construction progress for CSA workstreams.

• Drive resolution of field issues, design conflicts, constructability concerns, and project risks, ensuring work is completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project standards.

• Coordinate closely with MEP, commissioning, project controls, and operations teams to support installation sequencing, turnover, and successful project delivery.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Attendance at work during normal business hours.

Knowledge & Skills Required: • Comprehensive knowledge of contract documents, including reading and writing subcontracts.

• Prior experience being the direct liaisons between the field crews/activities, GC, subcontractors, engineers, management, and Owner/Client.

• Possess extensive knowledge of all construction activities.

• Ability to supervise and delegate responsibilities to crew members, deal with all aspects of the job. Demonstrated responsibility for delivering significant projects.

• Familiarity with public construction processes.

• Must possess good administrative, communication, organizational writing and computer skills.

Preferred Education and Experience: • Education: 4-year degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in major structures and Modernization Projects particularly related to Public School Construction.

Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
