Senior OFS Developer

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a US-based MarTech consultancy specializing in enterprise CRM, marketing automation, and digital transformation solutions for regulated industries. We're looking for an experienced Senior OFS Developer to join our fully remote development team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, scalable enterprise applications.

This role blends hands-on development with technical leadership — you'll be writing and reviewing code, guiding junior developers, and collaborating across architects, analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Design, develop, and modify code following AEP standards and best practices.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects across enterprise applications.

- Serve as a technical lead, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.

- Recommend technical solutions and implementation approaches aligned with architectural guidelines.

- Utilize software testing tools to ensure high-quality software delivery.

- Lead and participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and code quality.

- Collaborate closely with architects, analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders.

- Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to team growth and success.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences in a distributed, remote-first environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

- 5+ years of software development experience in OFS or enterprise applications, with demonstrable delivery of complex features.

- Strong hands-on experience with OFS technologies and enterprise application development.

- Demonstrated technical leadership experience, including guiding implementation decisions and driving code quality.

- Proven experience leading and participating in code reviews to enforce architectural and coding standards.

- Experience following AEP standards and best practices in software design and development.

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across complex enterprise environments.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote, contract-based environment — including self-management and collaboration across time zones.

- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (no sponsorship available).

Nice to Have:

- Prior experience working in regulated industries (banking, healthcare, insurance, or retail).

- Background in MarTech or CRM-adjacent enterprise platforms.

LOCATION

- Fully remote — open to candidates based anywhere in the USA.

- Contract-based engagement.
