ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced OFS Developer to join our fully remote development team. You will bring strong enterprise software development expertise and the ability to step into a technical leadership role — guiding teammates, driving code quality, and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Design, develop, and modify code in alignment with established AEP standards and best practices.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects efficiently and thoroughly.

- Serve as a technical lead, providing direction and guidance to team members.

- Recommend technical solutions and implementation approaches appropriate to project needs.

- Leverage software testing tools to ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery.

- Lead and actively participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards.

- Collaborate with architects, analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to overall team success.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

- Strong, hands-on experience in OFS Development.

- Proven experience building and maintaining enterprise-grade applications.

- Solid understanding of and adherence to AEP standards and best practices.

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.

- Experience leading development teams and conducting structured code reviews.

- Demonstrated ability to serve as a technical lead and mentor to junior developers.

- Experience with software testing tools and quality assurance practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience working in cross-functional, distributed teams.

- Familiarity with MarTech or CRM-adjacent enterprise platforms.

LOCATION & WORK ARRANGEMENT

- 100% Remote — open to candidates based anywhere in the United States.
