Job Description: Shield AI is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Employer Brand to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our global employer brand marketing efforts. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role responsible for shaping how we attract, engage, and convert top-tier talent across technical and mission-critical domains.  You will own the employer brand marketing strategy end-to-end—from audience segmentation and storytelling to channel strategy, campaign execution, and performance measurement. You’ll partner closely with Recruiting, Communications, and leadership to position Shield AI as a destination for builders, engineers, and operators driven by mission and impact.  This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution—someone who can define the vision while also building and launching campaigns in a fast-moving environment.
