About this role

Job Description

BRAFTOVI/MEKTOVI is a multi-indication targeted oncology brand offering a treatment option for appropriate patients across metastatic colorectal cancer, unresectable or metastatic melanoma, and metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. The brand has evolved over the past several years from a melanoma launch to a broader BRAF-driven portfolio, with differentiated strategies across each tumor type and a growing opportunity to connect these indications through a more integrated pan-tumor approach. This is an exciting time for the franchise, particularly following the recent full FDA approval and expanded metastatic colorectal cancer indication for BRAFTOVI in combination with cetuximab and fluorouracil-based chemotherapy, reinforcing CRC as a key growth driver while creating a broader halo opportunity for BRAFTOVI + MEKTOVI in melanoma and NSCLC. The next phase of growth depends on precision customer engagement, reaching the right oncologist at the moment of clinical relevance.  The franchise invests in a stream of signals across a fast-moving diagnosis-to-treatment window and the treatment journey; the opportunity is to convert those signals into sequenced, near-real-time HCP engagement rather than static campaign calendars. Building that alert-triggered targeting capability - and the omnichannel engine that acts on it is the central mandate of this role.

The Sr. Manager, Pan-Tumor Precision Marketing owns strategy through execution for the brand's alert-triggered, precision non-personal promotion (NPP) and omnichannel engagement across all BRAFTOVI and BRAFTOVI + MEKTOVI indications, spanning HCP and APP journeys. This is the brand's primary innovation seat: the role is measured on building a smarter, faster engagement model - not on running the existing one. As a second pillar, the role owns the cross-indication (pan-tumor) campaign across personal and non-personal promotion, engaging multi-indication prescribers to support appropriate prescribing across approved indications. Speaker program and congress engagement sit within this role as a named sub-responsibility.

This role is highly strategic and execution-oriented, requiring strong partnership across indication-specific sub-teams, CMO, media partners, HCP Accelerator, CRM, RC, TLELs, sales leadership, field colleagues, agencies, and analytics partners. A successful candidate will bring strong marketing innovation capabilities, a dare-to-try mindset, omnichannel expertise, strong project leadership, comfort in a matrixed environment, and the ability to translate brand strategy into integrated tactics.

Why This Role This is a high-visibility, build-oriented seat with direct exposure to franchise and commercial leadership and to highly critical precision-engagement work in Pfizer US Oncology. The person in this seat owns a differentiated, innovation-led mandate with real latitude to shape how the brand, and potentially the broader portfolio, engages its customers.

Responsibilities

1. AI-Enabled NPP & Omnichannel Innovation   (primary pillar / differentiator) • Own the alert-triggered, precision NPP strategy, planning, and execution across all BRAFTOVI and BRAFTOVI + MEKTOVI indications - including media, CRM, HCP Accelerator, paid search, programmatic, endemic, and custom HCP tactics.

• Build and continuously improve the capability that connects diagnostic and testing signals to sequenced, near-real-time HCP engagement - moving the brand from calendar-based promotion to signal-based promotion.

• Translate brand strategy into actionable media and CRM plans in partnership with CMO, media partners, CRM leads, HCP Accelerator partners, agencies, and analytics teams.

• Lead a high-visibility effort to evolve the CRC NPP plan through innovative approaches that address current barriers and maximize NPS potential.

• Own KPIs, measurement, and ongoing optimization for NPP, media, CRM, and HCP Accelerator - reallocating investment toward what demonstrably works.

• Manage NPP tactical planning, budget inputs, timelines, creative development, approvals, deployment, and performance readouts.

2. Cross-Indication (Pan-Tumor) Campaign Leadership   (second pillar) • Own the cross-indication campaign across personal and non-personal promotion, designed to engage multi-indication prescribers and support appropriate prescribing across two or more approved indications.

• Capitalize on colorectal cancer momentum and the BREAKWATER halo opportunity to strengthen awareness and relevance of BRAFTOVI + MEKTOVI across melanoma and NSCLC.

• Partner with indication strategy leads to ensure pan-tumor initiatives reinforce brand priorities while maintaining alignment with indication-specific objectives, messaging, and execution plans.

Speaker Programs & Congresses   (sub-responsibility) • Manage speaker program strategy and execution in partnership with TLELs, field sales leadership, speaker bureau stakeholders, agencies, and virtual engagement partners.

• Align congress strategy, congress-related activities, and external engagement priorities across BRAFTOVI/MEKTOVI indications with TLELs and cross-functional teams.

• Ensure field colleagues have clear guidance, compliant materials, and aligned pull-through plans; monitor execution, identify operational barriers, and implement course corrections.

Cross-Functional Partnership, Compliance & Operating Discipline • Lead across a broad matrix - indication marketing leads, field sales, TLELs, CMO, media, CRM, HCP Accelerator, agencies, analytics, RC, Legal, Regulatory, Medical, and Compliance, building alignment across differing priorities while holding focus on strategy, customer needs, compliance, timelines, and business impact.

• Partner with Review Committee, Legal, Regulatory, Medical, and Compliance to ensure all materials and programs are developed, reviewed, approved, and executed in accordance with Pfizer policies and promotional standards.

• Maintain strong operational discipline
