As a Senior Business System Analyst within PNC's AMG Tech organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX.

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business teams. • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills. • Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications. • Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements. • Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed. • Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results . • Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary • Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills, translating business needs into detailed functional, technical, and data mapping requirements while assessing business impact • Solid understanding of E2E product development lifecycle, familiar with UX/UI principle, system integration, and API based solutions • Experience supporting and executing multiple testing phases, including requirements validation, functional testing, integration testing, UAT • Identify and drive process improvements, leveraging automation and streamlined workflows to increase operational efficiency

Job Description • Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications. • Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes . • Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results . • Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes . • Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group .
