The Configuration and Data Management Department is seeking a Senior Analyst, Engineering Services to join the team on-site in Marlborough, MA. The candidate will do Data Management (DM) for unclassified and classified tasks which are needed on multiple mission critical programs. The candidate will experience all aspects of a product life cycle, as a member of a fast-paced team
What You Will Do • Position responsibilities include reading the statement of work/1423 forms. • Understanding the integrated master schedule, load submission schedule, track/status/submit/close submissions and support program events. • The candidate needs to understand the CM/DM approach and the CM/DM tools to do the tasks. • Ideally, the candidate will work independently and understand the role requirements, while supporting team goals and communicating task status. • During peak periods, the candidate may be required to work a modified schedule to support the programs. • The candidate may be required to support classified work products. • The candidate may also learn Hardware Configuration Management (CM) or Software Configuration Management skills to backup other team members as needed. HW CM handles drawing/work product releases and drawing changes and SW CM handles SW work product release and changes.

Qualifications You Must Have • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field • Ability to obtain a Secret DoD U.S. government issued security clearance • Product Data Management Tool experience or ability to learn CM/DM processing tool Windchill Common PDM • Understanding of data/configuration management concepts
Qualifications We Prefer • Ability to read and comprehend the statement of work, 1423 forms, integrated master schedule and work product management plan • Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) + Microsoft Project • Ability to solve ad hoc issues • Work independently on tasks • Strong communication and reading/comprehension skills • Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks
