Job Description: Are you a strategic, results-driven leader ready to take ownership of a high-impact business? We're looking for a Parts and Consumables Sales Director to lead our North and South America value stream with full accountability for the P&L and the performance that matters most: safety, quality, availability, profitability, and warranty.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a critical business function, build and grow a high-performing team, and make a visible impact across the Americas.
WHAT YOU'LL DO • Set the strategy. Define and drive the strategic direction for Service Parts and Consumables, pushing year-over-year improvement across every key KPI.
• Own the numbers. Manage the full P&L, lead pricing initiatives, and guide your team to exceed budget targets with accurate, reliable monthly forecasting.
• Lead cross-functionally. Partner with aftermarket and new equipment leaders to align life cycle support strategies with commercial and product development initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement. Identify, prioritize, and execute improvement opportunities that create measurable, lasting operational gains.
• Ensure quality at every step. Collaborate with Quality leadership (SPVS/MRVS) to resolve QIRs through strong containment, root cause analysis, and permanent corrective action.
• Build the structure that delivers. Design and implement processes that consistently meet — or exceed — customer expectations, within financial goals.
• Align the organization. Bring people, processes, and standards together around safety, delivery, quality, and cost.
• Develop your team. Grow talent in line with corporate and divisional goals, building a bench of future leaders.
• Think globally. Participate in and lead global initiatives that extend your impact beyond the Americas.
WHAT YOU BRING Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
• A track record of planning and executing large-scale projects from concept through implementation
• Experience guiding senior leadership through organizational change and transformation
• A demonstrated ability to define KPIs and tell a compelling, data-driven business story
Skills & Abilities • Strong business acumen paired with the communication skills to drive strategy
• A proven track record building and leading high-performing teams
• Excellent change management skills and a genuine talent for coaching and mentoring
• Willingness to travel by air or car as needed
