Compensation

The base hourly rate for this position is $24.47.

Production Operator Night Shift

Y ou will perform tasks such as :  

• O perating a forklift once certified   (certification is conducted once hired) ;   

• P erfor ming quality tests according to visual acceptance standards;   

• A ssist   in changeovers of the machine from one product line to another;   

• P erform routine preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning, safety inspections,   lubricating   and testing;   

• A djust machine settings to ensure top quality product is being produced   

All employees are expected to be team players and help others as needed .     Additionally,   operators should have problem solvi ng capabilities and always be   looking for ways to improve our processes and programs.  

Salary :   $ 2 4. 47 / hr.  with $3 differential from 5pm- 5am  

Hours:    

  Current   Base Schedule   – 5pm -5a m   Monday –  Thursday .  

** Monday – Friday availability is needed as the Hours   and Shift Schedules   are subject to change according to business demand .

Requirements:  

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.  

• The ability to stand for   long periods   of time .  

• The ability to manually lift at least 50 pounds safely and with proper body mechanics, sometimes while in   awkward positions.  

• The ability to execute both fine and gross motor hand movements.  

• The ability to work safely in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful work environment.  

• The ability to safely and effectively work in an often-dusty work environment that experiences a broad range of temperatures ( very hot   to very cold).
