Job Description This position works within the Global Corporate Trust business unit and supports cash and asset management for trust and escrow accounts. The role is focused on managing escrow client activity, incoming and outgoing cash, and high-volume disbursement requests in a fast-paced environment with frequent client communication by email and telephone. Key Responsibilities • Manage cash and asset activity for trust and escrow accounts, including monitoring balances, investments, asset and collateral valuations, and proper account funding in compliance with governing trust documents.
• Use bond financing documents and internal controls to determine the amount and timing of cash and asset movements.
• Prepare trust accounting system entries, calculate and execute debt retirements, and complete account transaction duties.
• Process escrow disbursement requests, including client callbacks to verify wire instructions and required client confirmations.
• Research account or cash-related issues and respond to client requests through email and telephone communication.
• Prioritize scheduled and on-demand work based on client importance, transaction value, and internal service level expectations.
• Interact with specialized units to support quality measurements for account managers and help ensure procedures and legal document requirements are met.
Basic Qualifications • Associate's degree or technical education, or equivalent work experience
• Two to three years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience • Background in Banking or Financial Services.
• Working knowledge of investments, accounting transactions, and client service.
• Experience within Product Operations, TFM, Corporate Trust Operations, or similar operational banking environments.
• Experience with money movement, reconciliation, or accounting-related work.
• Experience with client interaction or customer communication.
• Ability to interpret bond financing documents related to cash and asset transactions.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations, including percentages, ratios, and bond interest as applicable.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Excel.
• Systems experience with Trust Accounting and Bond Accounting systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities and large email volumes.
• Familiarity with ArcariaCE or SWP preferred.
Location Expectations: This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $64,855.00 - $76,300.00
