About this role
Why Rogo
Our mission is to transform high finance by making capital markets faster, smarter, and more accessible. At Rogo, we're making Wall Street AI-native, empowering finance professionals at the world's top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms with AI that delivers unparalleled speed, accuracy, and insight. We're not just improving financial workflows; we're redefining them from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity to join a generational company at a key inflection point. With a rapidly growing, global client base, proven product-market fit, and backing from world-class investors, we are scaling quickly and defining a new category of enterprise AI.
Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to the mission. We operate with intensity, take ownership of complex problems, and stay relentlessly focused on our users. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us.
THE ROLE
You will own the translation of Rogo’s technical and commercial roadmap into coordinated, high-impact product marketing launches that establish us as the category leader in AI for finance.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Launch Orchestration: Own the end-to-end launch announcement process for Rogo's core product features, from early roadmap discussions in support of marketing through post-launch analysis. Build and maintain product marketing campaign calendars, coordinate cross-functionally, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Messaging & Positioning Framework: Develop crisp, technically-accurate messaging that translates Rogo capabilities into clear value propositions for different audience personas and use cases
- Sales Enablement: Create strategic enablement materials including competitive battle cards and demo materials that help our sales team articulate our product's differentiation in technical conversations
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the industry landscape, particularly competing gen AI for finance solutions, to inform our messaging/positioning and identify opportunities for differentiation
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 5–7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, with a track record of owning end-to-end launches for technical products
- Strong domain knowledge in finance - experience marketing to banks, asset managers, PE firms, or adjacent financial institutions; fluency in financial workflows, terminology, and buyer pain points
- Deep understanding of LLMs and modern AI systems, including how foundation models are trained, deployed, evaluated, and applied in production
- Proven ability to translate highly technical capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions for executive, technical, and end-user audiences
- Experience partnering closely with product, engineering, and GTM teams to shape roadmap-informed messaging and deliver coordinated launches
- Strong sales enablement instincts — you’ve built battlecards, demos, and narratives that hold up in technical, competitive sales conversations
WHO YOU ARE
- You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup.
- You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible.
- You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance.
- You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
- You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind.
WHY JOIN ROGO?
- Generational company: Rogo has strong product-market fit with the most demanding customers on earth, the world's largest banks, hedge funds, and private equity firms, and we are still early. The upside is enormous.
- Generational team: we take talent density seriously. You'll do the best work of your career alongside some of the sharpest people in AI and finance.
- A one-of-one problem: bringing AI to the core of how Wall Street works is one of the most ambitious, technically demanding, and consequential problems in software today. There is nowhere else you can work on it at this scale.
- Real ownership: You'll own real surface area and watch the world's most sophisticated users rely on your work.
- Always at the frontier: we work at the edge of what the best models can do and turn it into products people trust. If you're obsessed with AI, this is where it's happening.
