A Day in the Life This dynamic position is integral to the Cardiac Pacing Therapies (CPT) business, under the leadership of the Senior Group Manager of Global Commercial Marketing for leadless pacing. The person in this role will concentrate on diverse growth initiatives aimed at boosting the adoption of leadless pacing in the U.S. market, while having the chance to collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners worldwide. A creative, passionate, and competitive spirit is needed in this role to ensure the leadless opportunity at Medtronic is maximized. It’s the perfect mix of sales, marketing, and market growth for one of the most exciting growth businesses in Medtronic.
Key responsibilities This role focuses on boosting market adoption of leadless pacing by collaborating closely with our sales organization and driving new opportunities in an expanded customer base. Acting as the strategic bridge between the sales team and internal experts, this position aims to drive sustained growth through best business practices. Focus areas include: • Developing and implementing expanded clinical strategy and evidence dissemination
• High touch sales organization engagement and enablement
• Customer interactions and demonstration of strong influence management skills
• Strong partnership with our Medical Education team to drive expanded medical education programs and procedural training
• Leadership dialogue, presentations (internal and external), and creative brainstorming
• Adapting and delivering the marketing value proposition for leadless pacing
• Ownership of advanced data analyses and market intelligence to identify new opportunities to drive growth
• Analyze and report on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies
• Monitor and share performance metrics and optimize strategies

This role offers an incredible opportunity to interact with our field, patients, and customers. You’ll be responsible for understanding the challenges faced by each of these stakeholders to effectively position our leadless pacing technology in the marketplace. Additionally, this role will enable you to become a subject matter expert (SME) in pacing by continuously engaging with our research, clinical, sales, and engineering colleagues.
Knowledge and experience
Required: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, communications, business administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in healthcare or technology (2+ years of experience with Master’s degree).
• Ability to travel 20% of the time
Preferred:
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines.
• Advanced degree business or a related fieldFamiliarity with healthcare marketing compliance and regulations.
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
