Park Area Ambassador (Shows)

What you get to do: • Welcome guests and provide accurate, engaging information about park attractions, shows, and experiences • Clearly communicate all safety guidelines and ensure guest compliance to maintain a safe, secure environment • Manage show operations by opening and closing venues in accordance with capacity limits and scheduled start times • Oversee reserved seating areas, ensuring guests with purchased seating experiences are properly accommodated and receive a premium, seamless experience • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of all assigned venues, including seating areas, queue lines, and show spaces, to uphold park standards • Deliver exceptional guest service by proactively responding to questions, resolving concerns, and anticipating guest needs • Represent the park with enthusiasm by demonstrating a positive attitude, high energy, and a strong commitment to quality in every interaction • Support overall park operations by assisting with additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

What it takes to succeed: • Must be at least 16 years of age. • Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds. • Must be able to climb stairs. • Must have strong written/verbal communication skills. • Must be able to read, write and speak English. • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. • Must be able to work with cleaning machines. • Must be able to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time (often in direct sunlight). • Must be able to work in inside and outdoor weather conditions (i.e., wet/humid conditions and sun). • Must be able to positively interact with park guests and co-workers of all ages, different ethnic/cultural backgrounds and/or languages, and individuals with special needs.
