Job Summary: This role is responsible for leading the business analysis and data workstream ownership activities for a portfolio of marketing data capabilities that support dealer marketing services. The position works across marketing, analytics, data, architecture, and engineering teams to identify business needs, define requirements, prioritize work, and ensure delivery of high-value solutions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in connecting dealer, customer, and enterprise data to support audience creation, campaign activation, personalization, reporting, and marketing performance measurement. This role requires someone who is comfortable navigating complex data environments, collaborating with both business and technical teams, and driving progress across multiple priorities simultaneously.
What You Will Do: • Lead requirements discovery efforts with other workstream stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Translate business objectives into Epics, Features, User Stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Own and manage the product backlog for workstream data requirements and capabilities.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, and analytics teams to prioritize work and align delivery plans with business priorities.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps that balance strategic initiatives, business demand, and technical dependencies.
• Support the creation and enhancement of data capabilities that enable audience development, customer segmentation, personalization, marketing activation, and performance measurement.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing activities and validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
• Identify, document, and manage dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations across the program.
• Drive adoption of new capabilities through communication, training, and enablement activities.
• Partner with teams responsible for reporting and analytics to ensure required data assets are available, accurate, and accessible.
• Support data governance and data quality initiatives by helping define business rules, requirements, and success measures.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups, dealer-facing programs, and technical teams to balance competing priorities and deliver business value.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance user experiences.

• Digital Marketing and Data Knowledge: Understanding of how customer and marketing data enable audience targeting, personalization, campaign activation, measurement, and customer journey optimization across digital channels.
Top Considerations for Top Candidates • 3-6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Marketing Technology, Data Products, Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business expectations into Epics, Features, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Proven ability to manage priorities across multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience leading business and technical discussions to drive decisions and outcomes.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex business problems.
• Experience working with customer, marketing, operational, or analytics data.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical contributors and business leaders.
