Summary:

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Supplier Operations team supporting Vizient Reserve, ensuring effective execution and consistent service delivery. You will lead and develop team members, provide financial reporting, forecasts, and business analysis, and collaborate with clients and leadership to clarify analytical needs and communicate project updates. You will ensure appropriate staffing, effective performance management, and consistent application of organizational policies.

Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day operations and workflow for the Supplier Operations team.

• Manage team priorities, resources, and deliverables to support business objectives and client needs.

• Provide financial reports, forecasts, and business analysis to inform operational and strategic decisions.

• Partner with clients and leadership to clarify analytical support needs and communicate project status and updates.

• Assess staffing needs and align team capacity and talent with workload requirements.

• Hire, develop, coach, and manage team members, including performance reviews and other people management activities.

• Establish performance expectations and monitor team results to support quality, efficiency, and service objectives.

• Interpret organizational policies and ensure consistent application across the team.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, reporting, and team effectiveness.

Qualifications: • Relevant degree preferred.

• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.

• Experience managing day-to-day business or operational functions.

• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.

• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and business analysis.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients and leadership.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00. This position is also incentive eligible.
