About the Job

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead hiring for our expanding Tech practice. You will hire for mid-to-senior tech roles while managing a team of 2–3 recruiters and working directly with business leaders.

You will bring solid hiring experience across our key tech areas—Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Integration, Managed Services, IT Advisory, and Business Process Automation—to run direct sourcing, share market insights, and manage smooth hiring workflows.

- You enjoy helping with wider team projects like employer branding, process improvements, and tech hiring events.

What You’ll Do

- 70% Hands-On Recruitment: Manage full-cycle hiring for niche mid-to-senior roles across the Tech practice. (Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, Enterprise Integration, Data Analytics, and Managed Services).

- 30% Team Mentoring & Stakeholder Management: Guide and support a team of 2–3 recruiters while partnering closely with Tech Practice Directors as a trusted advisor.

- Run direct sourcing campaigns on LinkedIn Recruiter, tech communities, and talent mapping to keep agency usage low.

- Maintain Ashby ATS hygiene, workflows, and compliance to ensure data integrity and seamless candidate movement.

- Track and take full ownership of key TA metrics like time-to-offer, source mix, offer acceptance rates, and team SLAs.

- Share regular hiring updates, dashboards, and practical insights with business leaders.

Qualifications

- MBA in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related master’s degree.

- 8+ years of recruitment experience, with strong knowledge of the Indian tech talent market across ERP (NetSuite/Salesforce), Data & Analytics, Cloud, and Tech Advisory.

- 2–3 years of experience managing or mentoring a small team of 2–3 recruiters in tech consulting, IT services, or GCCs.

- Proven track record of 70% hands-on hiring delivery with strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking skills.

- Prior experience with Ashby ATS strongly preferred.

- Solid experience owning hiring metrics, team SLAs, and direct sourcing numbers.

- Strong business sense, stakeholder management skills, and comfort with recruiting data and reporting.
