About this role
The Listings Client Engagement Team is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Listings Partnership Coordinator to support the execution of partnerships at Nasdaq. Reporting to the Head of Listings Partnerships, this role turns partnership vision into operational reality — supporting the research, coordination, and execution that enables the team to move quickly across ecosystems.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, intellectually curious, comfortable managing multiple workstreams, and energized by the intersection of capital markets, innovation, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities: Research & Intelligence • Conduct research on prospective partnership opportunities including conferences, VC firms, media platforms, content creators, and partner events • Track industry trends, emerging sectors, and market signals that inform partnership prioritization • Familiarize and track sales pipeline and historical data to understand business priorities
Coordination & Operations • Manage partnership timelines, deliverables, and internal stakeholder communications to keep workstreams on track • Support coordination across internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and seamless execution • Help build and maintain community engagement programs from planning through execution • Support drafting partnership proposals, recaps, and internal briefs as needed
Execution & Activation Support • Support end-to-end coordination of ecosystem events, sponsored activations, and conference partnerships — including invitations, briefing materials, and post-event follow-up • Assist with content and media partnership activations — coordinating guest bookings, and creative assets
Measurement & Reporting • Track partnership outcomes and compile data to inform quarterly reviews and future planning • Support the development of reporting frameworks that connect partnership activities to pipeline impact • Gather internal and external feedback to inform what's working and where to adjust
Qualifications • 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, events, marketing, business development, or a related coordination-heavy role • Self-starter mentality — proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfort working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders • Interest in capital markets, the innovation ecosystem, and/or the IPO landscape
