Job Description Learning Partners are responsible for developing, implementing, and driving learning strategies within their assigned business lines or business units that are aligned with current and future capability and skills needs. Interacts and effectively manages relationships with Talent Consultants and senior leadership to create strategy and vision for the learning plan in complete alignment with business and talent priorities. Cultivates networks and establishes proactive partnerships with stakeholders to manage current and future demands, consults on learning solutions that support talent strategies, and supports business change and growth. Creates and delivers external market insights, as well as qualitative and quantitative data to assigned business unit(s) to recognize trends and assess learning strategy effectiveness. Focuses on developing consulting capabilities, positioning the broader learning organization as a strategic partner for business leaders and across the Human Resources function. Applies strong instructional design and facilitation expertise to translate complex business needs into practical, engaging, and measurable learning experiences. Brings extensive experience within the Business Credit space, including the ability to understand credit concepts, business banking priorities, risk considerations, and the capabilities needed to support frontline and leadership effectiveness. Assesses and manages risk while considering the objectives and goals of the business.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, instructional design, learning and development, or related field, or equivalent work experience - Eight or more years of learning and development, HR, business, or managerial experience - Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating learning solutions for business audiences - Extensive experience within Business Credit, commercial or business banking, credit operations, credit policy, or related financial services functions
Preferred Skills/Experience - Thorough understanding of adult learning principles, practices, and learning sciences, particularly in the areas of instructional design, delivery, impact evaluation, and learning technology - Proven ability to design end-to-end learning experiences, including needs analysis, learning objectives, curriculum structure, facilitator materials, participant resources, practice activities, and evaluation strategies - Strong facilitation experience, including the ability to lead engaging in-person, virtual, and hybrid learning experiences for employees, leaders, and business partners - Deep knowledge of Business Credit processes, products, risk considerations, credit decisioning, documentation, and the skills required to support bankers, managers, and business credit partners - Ability to facilitate and guide solutions to enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives through the development of talent - Ability to interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness of training curricula, materials, and programs in light of business objectives and recommend action - Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - Advanced degree preferred
Location Expectations: This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
