The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $116,640 - $145,800.

Job Summary • Responsible for managing a portfolio of largest and/or most politically sensitive commercial, industrial and municipal customers. • Influences and advises key customers on natural gas and electrical related issues including, but not limited to: account management, collections, products and services, and large project management. • Promotes sales of natural gas and electricity, and responsible for the promotion of company programs and projects and managing trade allies and nonresidential customers. • Provides technical support and data analysis, interpret load information data and policy interpretation. • Continuous learner which results in ability to promote new emerging energy technologies such as Batteries and Micro-grids. • Functions as team lead for various customer and internal projects and initiatives. • Leads negotiations with customers on a variety of tariff, rate and service issues. Leads contracts from initial to executed state. • Supports company emergency restoration efforts in lead roles. • Insures company and customer compliance from a policy, safety and regulatory standpoint. • Frequent interaction with internal and external Senior Leadership

Required Qualifications • Education & Experience Required: • Masters in Business Administration is a plus, or minimum 10 + years directly related technical utility experience requiring business customer interaction.
• Skills/Abilities: • Skilled communicator with effective influencing skills • Ability to work to targets and tight deadlines • Confident decision maker • Strong customer service skills • Contract negotiation skills • Working knowledge of company tariffs • Accomplished in public speaking • Professional executive level account/portfolio management skills • Strong technical aptitude • Fluent in company computer applications-SAP/Microsoft Office Suite
• Abilities: • Able to work independently and in a team environment • Experience managing challenging customer situations • Independentally solve complex problems applying math and technical knowledge • Able to lead and guide complicated projects (project management)
Preferred Qualifications • Preferred B.S. degree in Engineering, Marketing, Math or equivalent.
