Purpose To assist the LBJ IT team in providing support to students, staff, and faculty of the LBJ School with regards to AV and computing equipment.
Responsibilities • Support classroom and conference room AV technology
• Maintain loaner fleet by performing regular updates
• Provide computer support in-person and remotely
• Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications Customer service experience
Pay Rate $16.00 per hour
Working Conditions Typical Office Environment May occasionally be required to lift up to 50lb.
Work Shift LBJ IT operates Monday – Friday 7:30 – 5:30. Hours within this range are flexible.
