What You Will Do
• Responsibilities may include working on tasks related to commercial engines, military engines or both depending on business need. May be required to obtain a security clearance. • Develop, implement, and maintain predictive models to forecast risk factors in support of engine validation planning. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers and other stakeholders to define engine validation data requirements and analyze datasets. • Apply statistical models to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in engine validation datasets to extract actionable insights. • Design and implement data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively. • Develop and publish new knowledge assets within EKS (ESW, K-Packs, GB, training, etc.) • Communicate results and insights to technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner. •
Qualifications You Must Have:
• Pursuing degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.
Qualifications We Prefer:
• Programming experience in Python, R, or similar languages. • Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques. • Experience in SQL and working with relational databases. • Experience with aircraft engine systems and validation processes. • Experience collaborating with a team to develop innovative ideas • Experience communicating clear and effective messages to a broad audience

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
