THE ROLE Insomniac is looking for a Creative Project Coordinator, reporting to the Creative Project Manager, the Creative Project Coordinator will work with the brand teams, designers, and editors to coordinate the execution and delivery of creative assets for assigned campaigns. This role manages project workflows, timelines, creative approvals, and serves as the primary creative asset liaison from campaign kickoff through show weekend.

RESPONSIBILITIES  • Serve as the primary creative project contact for assigned brands, and be equipped to provide updates on project status, timelines, bandwidth, and creative direction in coordination with their respective brand lead. 

•  Partner with brand teams to translate campaign objectives into clear, actionable creative requests while maintaining timelines and taking into account designer/editor bandwidth when recommending realistic delivery dates 

• Coordinate the day-to-day workflow of design and media projects, documenting revisions and ensuring deliverables stay on track.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Marketing, Talent Booking, PR, Merchandise, Production, Social, Creative, and Executive stakeholders. 

• Maintain ticket requests, timelines, creative briefs, and calls-to-action as campaigns evolve. 

• Consistently execute quality control on all submitted tickets and ensure that each request is complete, final, and updated to reflect the goals of the initiative on the brand side 

• Identify errors in timelines before submitting requests and in posted assets for review prior to circulating for approvals 

• Monitor project scope, timelines, bandwidth limitations and delivery expectations to proactively identify and resolve issues in collaboration with the respective brand lead

•  Lead project communication through standups, status updates, kickoff meetings, and stakeholder check-ins where needed

•  Route creative assets for review and approval and ensure any applicable edits are communicated and applied in a timely manner 

• Assist in developing project timelines and establishing deadlines that align with campaign schedules and designer/editor bandwidth

• Ensure all completed requests are properly finalized and maintain organized documentation, assets, and communications for future reference. 

• May be required to attend and work company events onsite as needed by the brand 

• Train and provide support in onboarding team members, clients, vendors and partners when needed

• All other projects and initiatives as identified

QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in business marketing or management  or related experience

• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or related field

WORK ENVIRONMENT • Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines 

• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and drastic temperature climates while working on site at various event location 

• Must be able to work in open concept office space
