Inside   Sales Representative Newark, DE   For over 125 years, Gordon Food Service has delivered the excellence, expertise, and quality products our customers need to design successful food operations and experiences. We've grown to be the largest family-operated broad-line food distribution company in North America by being passionately committed to the people we serve.   As an   Inside   Sales Representative, you’ll   s erve as the liaison between   outside sales,   partners within the organization, and existing customers. You'll be responsible for   managing customer orders, communicating with customers regarding out-of-stocks and substitution options, strengthening customer relationships, utilizing e-Commerce technologies, scheduling exception deliveries,   determining   credits for customers when appropriate, and more!   You'll help them to achieve their goals and, in return, yours!   Pay : Compensation structure which includes salary   and bonuses • Financial rewards for performance

  Does this look like you? • High school diploma   or equivalent   required

• Two years of previous customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
