PREFERRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS • 15+ years of progressive experience in technology, data, analytics, or transformation roles within large, regulated financial institutions or similarly complex enterprises • Demonstrated success leading enterprise‑scale, AI‑enabled transformations with clear governance, risk management, and measurable business outcomes • Deep understanding of risk management, compliance, and control environments, with the ability to design technology solutions that meet regulatory and audit expectations • Strong executive presence with experience advising and influencing senior leaders, including C‑suite and line‑of‑business executives • Proven ability to operate as a strategic integrator—connecting business strategy, technology platforms, data, and operating models into cohesive outcomes • Experience owning and governing complex investment portfolios, including prioritization, financial justification, vendor management, and executive‑level decision forums • Advanced knowledge of data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, and emerging technologies, with sound judgment in scaling practical solutions versus experimentation • Track record of building, leading, and developing high‑performing, cross‑disciplinary teams • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, executive‑ready insights • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in technology, business, or related field strongly preferred
