Imaging Clinic Assistant - Breast Care Center

About this role

Vancouver Clinic is hiring an   Imaging Clinic Assistant   to join our busy Breast Care Center. In this role,   you’ll   support patients and the clinical team by coordinating appointments, calls, referrals, authorizations, medical records, faxes, and other essential clinic workflows.   We’re   looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with   strong communication , customer service, multitasking, basic computer, and medical terminology skills. Consistent, reliable, and predictable attendance is essential   to supporting our patients, coworkers, and commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.  

Location:  87th Ave (700 NE 87th Ave – Vancouver, WA 98664)  

Schedule:   32 hours per week, consisting of four 8-hour shifts.   The schedule will be either Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday.  

Hiring range  generally between  $ 19.10 /hour to $ 22.85 /hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience .     

Requirements:  

• High school diploma or equivalent required.  

• Two years’ experience in a health care environment providing direct administrative patient care   strongly   preferred.  

• Prefer those with Epic EHR experience.

Pay Range: $18.70 - $26.17 The above information is intended to indicate the general nature and level of work required in this position.
