Job Description:
The Networking HR Project Manager serves as a strategic execution partner to Networking HR, driving the successful delivery of complex transformation initiatives that advance organizational effectiveness, culture integration, talent strategy, and business readiness. The role provides program leadership, governance, and strategic execution expertise, partnering with senior HR leaders to translate priorities into integrated plans, measurable outcomes, and sustained organizational impact.
In addition, the role brings an external perspective to Networking HR by monitoring emerging workforce trends, HR best practices, change management approaches, and technology innovations to help shape and continuously improve how HR supports the business. Operating with a high degree of independence, this role identifies risks, influences stakeholders, and drives execution across interconnected workstreams to ensure HR initiatives deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Responsibilities: You will work closely with senior HR leaders, regional HR partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to: • Apply subject matter expertise to drive the execution of HR programs. • Lead the planning and execution of complex HR initiatives tied to Networking's transformation roadmap, driving alignment, accountability, and successful business outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups. • Establish and manage integrated program plans, governance mechanisms, and performance metrics to ensure delivery excellence across interconnected HR initiatives. • Advance the adoption and practical application of AI and emerging technologies within Networking HR, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, decision quality, and team effectiveness • Proactively identify organizational risks, dependencies, and change impacts; develop mitigation strategies and influence stakeholders to resolve barriers to execution. • Develop executive-level insights, recommendations, and decision-support materials for HR leadership forums, QBRs, and transformation governance reviews. • Provide expertise and recommendations on project management, change execution, stakeholder engagement, and operating model improvements to increase the effectiveness and scalability of HR programs. • Influence priorities, sequencing, and execution strategies by leveraging data, organizational insights, and business context to support leadership decision-making. • Support culture integration efforts that bring together legacy HPE and Juniper organizations • Enable people leader readiness and capability through coordinated rollouts, toolkits, forums, and adoption support • Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to ensure programs align to evolving business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes
Education and Experience Required: • First level university degree. • 6+ years of experience leading complex projects, programs, or transformation initiatives in HR or related business functions. Experience supporting large-scale organizational change, integration, or operating model transformation preferred.
Knowledge and Skills: • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic recommendations and influence decisions at senior leadership levels. • Experience establishing governance, project management frameworks, and execution standards for complex programs. • Strong analytical and consulting skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions. • Proven ability to drive outcomes through influence in highly matrixed environments • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution • Curiosity and aptitude for leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve ways of working and business outcomes • Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to develop clear and impactful executive presentations • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and project tracking • Experience working in organizations undergoing transformation, integration, or operating model changes is preferred. • Sound judgement on when to escalate, when to adjust execution, and how to frame trade-offs • Comfort working through ambiguity and evolving priorities while maintaining execution momentum • Comfort operating across regions and time zones • Demonstrated problem solving skills • PMP certification is a plus
