Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for you to join our team as a Facilities Coordinator based out of San Diego, CA.

The Facilities Coordinator will perform the following job duties: • Independently perform and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, serving as a subject matter expert for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Building Automation/Controls. • Oversee on-site vendors performing complex repairs and preventive maintenance. • Manage vendor invoicing, including follow-up to ensure timely payment and accurate cost allocation. • Support project managers by coordinating vendors and providing oversight for construction projects. • Assist the space planner with employee relocations and preparing workspaces for new hires. • Respond to facilities work orders submitted by employees, ensure completion, and document status and progress in the Facilities Work Order system (Maintenance Connection). • Handle mail distribution.

Basic Qualifications for the Facilities Coordinator: • A minimum of high school diploma or GED and 10 or more years of experience in Facilities Maintenance or with a Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of facilities experience • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Experience with Facilities Work Order Software – Maintenance Connection • Experience with ServiceNow • Experience with SAP • Must be able of obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance. • U.S. Citizenship

Primary Level Salary Range: $51,400.00 - $85,600.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
