Fabricator

• Works with computer downloads for program controlled CNC machines. • Stays current on CNC operations training. • Performs tooling change out monitoring usage for scheduled sharpening or tooling replacement as needed to maximize machine performance and maintaining quality parts. • Performs daily, weekly, and periodic machine maintenance as directed per the preventative maintenance system. • Performs machine set up for self and/or others for batch parts run. • Effectively troubleshoots minor machine problems and coordinates service to minimize down time. • Provides backup to Fabricating Supervisor for day to day production operations  • Endeavors to create a work environment that is enjoyable, engenders pride in the product and focus on the customer, and provides room for individual responsibilities and ideas. • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
